Intense Snowfalls at Ogama

from A$72.00

Back in December 2014 about a meter and a half of snow fell in the village of Nozawa Onsen within a few days. On the night of the heaviest snow we went skiing around the normally dry streets. Keen to go check out the Ogama cooking onsen we took a small path that ran the back way there. With chest high snow on the path and after a good 20 minutes pushing our way through on skis this was the scene that unfolded before us.
